നമുക്കെങ്ങനെ ചക്ക പായസം വയ്ക്കുക എന്ന് നോക്കിയാലോ


Ripe Varikka chakka – 1 cup (www.keralathanima.in/shop/jack-fruit-peeled)

Jaggary – 3 big Pieces

Milk – 3-4 cup

Coconut milk (1 and 2 ) – 1 cup each

Elayka powdered – Half Teaspoon

Ginger powdered – 1 Teaspoon

Ghee – as needed

cumin seed powdered – Half Teaspoon

Cashew Nut and dry grapes – as needed (www.keralathanima.in/shop/natural-cashews-w320-grade-1-kg)


Grind the jack fruit using mixer.

Boil little water and add small pieces of jaggary and make it boil well.

Keep the scuttle in the stove and heat it. Filter the boiled jaggary and pour into the scuttle.

Add the pasted jack fruit into this and stir well for 15-20 mins.

After that add the coconut milk two and after boiling add milk one too.

Boil it for 10 mins and then add cow milk into it. When it boils keep the flame off.

Add the ginger powder, Elayka powder and cumin powder, and mix well.

Fry the Cashew Nut and dry grapes in ghee and sprinkle on the top of the payasam.

Tasty Chakka Payasam is ready!
