Manga Pachadi Recipe


മാങ്ങാ പച്ചടി തയാറാകുന്ന വിധം


Big size mango - 1

Green chili - 4 nos

Dry red chillies - 3 nos

Small Onion - 6 nos

Curd – as per taste

Coconut - scraped 1 cup

Mustard - 1 Teaspoon

Coconut oil – as needed

Curry Leaf - 2 bunch

Salt – as per taste


Slice the mango into small pieces. Slice the small onion and green chilies as well.

Scraped coconut, half spoon mustard, half portion of cut chilly along with little water put in mixer jar and paste well.

Keep a pan in the stove and pour little coconut oil. When it heated well put the remaining portion of the mustard in it.

Add dry red chillies and curry leaves into it and make it fry. Add sliced small onion, remaining portion of green chilly and cook it well.

Add sliced mango and salt into that. After 5 mins add the coconut paste and cook well.

Add water needed along with that and cook till it boils well.

After 10 mins add curd and mix it well. Mango Pachadi is ready to serve!
