Semiya Payasam


സേമിയ പായസം പാകം ചെയ്യുന്ന വിധം


Semiya - 1 packet

Milk - 3 cup

Green cardamom – 4 - 5 nos

Cashew nuts and raisins – as needed

Sugar – as needed

Ghee – as needed



Keep the pan in the stove and add 4-5 spoon ghee and heat it.

Add the Semiya (break into small pieces) and fry until it turns light brown color.

Add little milk and water into it and make it boil.

Add sugar and green cardamom powder into it.

Keep another pan in the stove and add ghee. Roast the cashew nuts and raisins.

Add this to the Payasam and mix well.

Now we can enjoy the semya payasam
