വെള്ളരിക്ക പച്ചടി എങ്ങനെയാണ് തയാറാക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് നോക്കാം


Cucumber – 1 numebr

Grated coconut – Half Portion

Green Chilli – 2-3 nos

Cumin seed – Half Teaspoon

Mustard – Half Teaspoon

Coconut oil - 1 teaspoon

Salt – as needed

Curry Leaf - 2 bunch

Dry red chillies - 6 nos

Curd – 1 cup


Peel and slice the cucumber into small pieces.

Cook the pineapple with little salt.

Grind the coconut, green chilly and little mustard in a mixer.

Add this paste into the cooked items and again boil it (add water if needed).

Add curd along with this and cook for 5 mins.

Heat oil and temper with mustard, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and red chilly.

Add to the above mixture and mix well.  Serve with hot rice and enjoy!
